Black ‘n’ white sampler progress….

The last time when I showed you this sampler I’d finished the outer border and started working on the diagonal lines.

I've completed the diagonal lines and before I started to fill the diamonds/squares I've stitched all the four corner triangles…

I’m really enjoying working on this sampler and in fact it reduces my stress level J

Happy stitching!
Anita.

this is going to be lovely when finished Anita, I agree blackwork is relaxing, well I find hand stitching so much more soothing, machine work seems to make me tense.

Lovely blackwork ! What a lovely idea to make a sampler , and using different stitches is going to make it look beautiful. Can`t wait to see it when it`s complete.
